CLASS OVERVIEW
Hens classes are women’s only and are a all rounded class consisting of circuit training with a splash of boxing or kickboxing. All levels of fitness are welcome and don’t be afraid to bring your “chicks” (kids) along.
WHAT TO BRING.
Gloves are available for use though we advise purchasing your own for hygiene reasons. Water bottle & towel.
Duration.
45 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class starts.
