CLASS OVERVIEW
Considered as the ultimate striking discipline. MuayThai/kickboxing enables you to use punches, kicks, knees & elbows. Giving you an all over body workout & really challenging your coordination. With pads (focus mitts), bag work, partner drills & general fitness exercises. You’ll be walking around with a streak of confidence you never had. Classes cater for all levels. Whether your a first timer, future Van Damme or just a ninja at heart these classes won’t disappoint.
WHAT TO BRING.
Gloves are available for you to use, though if you have your own pair or decide to join “The Barn” family we advise purchasing your own pair for hygiene reasons. Pads (focus mitts) & all other equipment is supplied. A water bottle & towel.
Duration.
50 minutes. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class starts.
